1. Overview

lorivo.dev (“the Service”, “we”, “us”) provides a platform for uploading, deploying, and serving fine-tuned LoRA adapters through an OpenAI-compatible API. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

2. Information we collect

Account information. When you create an account we collect your name, email address, and a password (stored only as a hash). We also collect your organization name.

Content you upload. Adapter files you upload (e.g. adapter_config.json and safetensors files) are stored in object storage so they can be loaded by the GPU nodes serving your models.

API keys. Keys are shown to you once at creation and stored only as irreversible hashes at rest.

Usage data. When you query the inference endpoint we record request metadata, including model name, adapter, token counts, status, and latency, to operate, meter, and troubleshoot the service.

Technical data. Like most services we keep server logs that may include IP addresses, user agents, timestamps, and error details.

3. How we use information

  • To operate the service: authenticating you, deploying and serving your adapters, routing requests, and metering usage.
  • To maintain the safety and stability of shared GPU infrastructure and prevent abuse.
  • To provide support and respond to your requests.
  • To improve the service and understand aggregate usage.

We do not sell your personal information or your uploaded models. We do not train models on your prompts or your adapter files.

4. Storage and service providers

We use third-party infrastructure providers to host the service and store data, including cloud object storage (such as Google Cloud Storage) for uploaded adapter files. These providers process data on our behalf under agreements that limit their use of it to providing their services to us.

5. Data retention

Account information is retained while your account exists. Uploaded adapters are retained until you delete them or close your account. Usage and technical logs are retained for a limited period needed for operations, abuse prevention, and troubleshooting.

6. Security

We use reasonable technical measures, including TLS in transit, hashed credentials and API keys, and scoped permissions. However, lorivo.dev is a beta service: no method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your rights

You may access, correct, or delete your account information through the dashboard, and you may delete your uploaded adapters at any time. To request deletion of your account and associated data, contact us at [email protected]. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

8. Children

The service is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

9. International transfers

We operate the service from servers that may be located in different jurisdictions. By using the service, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in such locations.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the service evolves. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated “last updated” date. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
