Terms of Service
Last updated: August 29, 2026
1. Agreement and service description
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of lorivo.dev (“lorivo”, “we”, “us”), a platform for uploading, deploying, and serving fine-tuned LoRA adapters through an OpenAI-compatible API. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
lorivo.dev is currently provided as a private beta on a shared, free tier. Features, limits, and availability may change at any time.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 13 years old to use the service. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for safeguarding your credentials, and for all activity under your account and organization. If you believe your account has been compromised, notify us immediately.
3. API keys
API keys are shown once at creation and stored hashed. Keys are scoped to your organization. Keep them confidential; treat a leaked key as compromised and revoke it from the dashboard. You are responsible for requests made with your keys.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- upload or serve content that is illegal, infringes the rights of others, or violates the license terms of the model you derived from;
- use the service to generate or distribute unlawful, harassing, or abusive content;
- interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, or degrade the shared infrastructure (for example, through excessive concurrent requests or scraping);
- misrepresent the origin or nature of your adapters or resell access to the service without permission.
5. Your content and model licenses
You retain ownership of the adapter files and other content you upload. You grant us a limited license to store, load, and serve your content solely to provide the service. You warrant that you have the right to upload and use your adapters, including any rights under the license of the underlying base model, and that your content does not violate any law or third-party right.
6. Shared infrastructure and fair use
The beta runs on a shared GPU fleet. We may apply rate limits, cap the number of simultaneously loaded adapters, evict inactive adapters from memory, or otherwise manage load. We may suspend or throttle accounts that disrupt the service for others.
7. Third-party services
Your use of the service may involve third-party software, models, or infrastructure (for example, open-source models served on our fleet). Such components may be subject to their own license terms, which remain your responsibility to comply with.
8. Availability and support
The beta service is provided “as is” and “as available” with no service-level commitment. We may suspend, modify, or discontinue the service or any part of it at any time without liability.
9. Suspension and termination
You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms, illegal activity, or operational necessity. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends; your uploaded content may be deleted.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
11. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE BETA SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, your use of the service, or your violation of these Terms or third-party rights.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we are established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated “last updated” date. Your continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
